What is a Consultation?

A Consultation is the initial opportunity for you to meet with the attorney to discuss your legal questions, concerns or documents you would like drafted. For most consultations, a one-time Consult Fee will be charged for the meeting. Sometimes, all you need is a Consultation for your legal questions to be completely answered. However, more often than not, further legal representation may be needed. If you would like further representation, you and the Attorney will enter into a legal representation agreement where the scope of representation and legal fee are agreed upon. This is all discussed in the Consultation.

Consultation Fees:

Online Consultation - $150.00

In-Person Consultation - Minimum of $250.00 (This fee is subject to change due to abnormal travel distance required)

All Consult Fees are due at the time of scheduling the Consultation.
